Anybody know how to digital paint?

I'm trying to learn, and although I have so many ideas in my head, I have no idea how to apply them. My values and sketches are almost spot on, although it's always the coloring and rendering that I have trouble with.

Help?

I looked this up on Goooooooogle and saw a video on youtube on it.

..
Quite a lot of things y'know. But it looked awesome. My brother had done this in his art college. I had never seen how it was though..

So, Good luck. There are tutorials y'know.
